Armenia's new Law on Higher Education and Science, in force since September 2025, is now in implementation. This session convenes Minister Zhanna Antreasyan with four senior figures from Armenia's universities and innovation ecosystem on the questions the regulations must now decide: autonomy, research integration, and the Academic City — and where the diaspora can contribute.
