Digitalizing life in Armenia can assist with Life Events of all types. Electronic medical records (EMR) can provide useful data on disease impacts and associated expenses. Structured data (as opposed to free text) can be mined for information, with the caution that increased computer entry can lead to physician burnout. ArMed medical record system is in widespread use in Armenia. Careful consideration must be given to types of information to be collected and used.
