As part of FAST's ADVANCE Research Grants program's evaluation process, a comprehensive annual review is organized in the 11th month of a research project's implementation to assess the research team's work in the reporting year, focusing on project progress and outcomes.
 
The annual evaluation of the ADVANCE Computer Vision research project, led by Professor Sos Agaian is planned for the end of October, 2023.

With this open call FAST invites senior-level scientists to apply as an evaluation committee member. Composed of 3 members, the ad hoc evaluation committee plays an important role in the progress and success of the project and ultimately in the advancement of rigorous research in Armenia that meets the highest international standards.

Requirements:
Well-known scientist in the project's field
H-index of at least 20
Experience in leading international collaborative research projects 
Ability to collaborate across disciplines
Commitment to confidentiality
 
Workload:  
Evaluations should take a total of about 2.5-3 hours, which will include reading the project progress report, participating in the online presentation, and then registering the scores and feedback in the form. 
 
Timeframe: 
04-18 October, 2023: Recruitment of the annual evaluation committee 
18-23 October, 2023: Confirmation of the committee members and Project annual report, project description, researcher feedback, work plan provision to the committee 
End of October, 2023: Presentation by the research team 
End of October, 2023: Feedback provision by the committee
